Affiliate Disclosure

Full transparency

This page explains exactly how SellerTested makes money, as required by the FTC’s endorsement guidelines (16 CFR Part 255) — and, more importantly, because you deserve to know.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy or sign up, the company may pay us a commission. You never pay more — the price is identical either way. Affiliate links are marked with rel="sponsored" in our code, and money-earning pages carry a visible disclosure near the top.

What we will never do

  • Accept payment to include, rank, or score a tool.
  • Let a vendor preview, edit, or veto a review.
  • Recommend a tool we wouldn’t use on our own store.
  • Hide negative findings because a tool pays a commission.

How commissions interact with scores

They don’t. Scores come from our fixed testing rubric, which is applied identically to tools that pay us nothing. Several tools we recommend have no affiliate program at all.
